The Venus Rising Espresso House is the local coffee house preferred by students and patrons of the arts. It once was the old historic Montana Leather Company during the late 1800s. The historic wooden bar with its tall, mirrored hutch and brass bar footrest are typical interior amenities dating back in time, which add to the flavor of the old mining days of Uptown Butte’s heritage.

Exquisite coffee blends are served 7 days a week along with breakfast snacks and a variety of lunch menus. WiFi wireless service is available to all customers and Butte Silver Bow Arts Foundation members. Music and lounge areas provide a comfortable environment for students, adults, artists and tourists from around the world. The Venus Rising Gallery offers art exhibits, open mike nights, film series, literary and poetry readings, acoustic music, and drumming activities. The Conference Room may be rented for lectures, seminars, meetings, and classes for a nominal fee.
